Teachers' Day Dinner 2012 Dress Theme : Harry Potter

my dearest form class students made me handmade cards and some of them really made me shed tears. Those words...every word that was pened down were so sincere and although work can (at times)bring my morale down, its those little things that students do to make me smile which makes my stay at work worthwhile.
Emily, Kelly and Royston (my dearest tuition kiddos) have always been lovely to me. Showering me with gifts and cards too.
I keep visioning how they will all turn out to be 10 years down the road...*chuckles* This is an affirmation of ageing!!!! wait, wouldnt i be like 35 by then? OH MAN! SHOOTS!
There was a person whom I worked with, concluded tutors as unimportant as teachers and that tutors do not have to worry about class management and construct a proper lesson plan and yada yada... As usual, i would absorb the blabbering and exhale them once I walk away. Be it a tutor or a teacher, YOUR JOB IS TO EDUCATE CHILDREN! Tutors happens to aid in their learning too...they are the ones who lighten the loads of teachers by scaffolding children's learning so when they go to school, they won't be labelled as low or middle achievers. Tutors are anwerable to parents directly if kids do not do well...the pressure of both parties should be parallel to each other.
Narrow-minded peep. tsk!
Teaching as a gift. What matters at the end of the day, is that children are banking in our knowledge that we have imparted to them and use it in their lives.
Its a pain to endure such arrogant people telling me craps about (tutors vs teachers)...Do not like them and I will sooooo shut them up one day.
I think im side tracking with what im tryna to imply here. lol.
